Just wanted to give a big shout out to Mountain... Breeze HVAC-Frank and his team of top notch HVAC professionals! 👍🏼👍🏼The team were all really polite and respectful. They worked well together and they took extra care to treat my home with care. They even vacuumed out the air registers while they were working on it.We called Frank last week Thursday and he came out to inspect our system which smelled like electrical burning. Turns out the motor to our HVAC system burnt out. We had a good run after 20+ years. Frank gave us fair price estimates for both repair or replacement. No upselling or pressure sales tactics. Just gave us the info and let us discuss it. He also took the time to carefully measure our home so that we got the most energy efficient system for our home at the best price. They installed our new HVAC system today (Monday). They made fast work of getting everything installed. They left my house cleaner than they found it and I really appreciated that.Frank's pricing can not be beat! He's honest and just an all around "good guy" which is hard to find nowadays. I would highly recommend contacting Mountain... Breeze to anyone experiencing HVAC problems. Frank and his guys were able to track down a replacement condenser for me that fit my current system, and avoided a complete overhaul that I had been warned about by other companies. They beat everyone else on time, worked hard to find a superior product that saved me money compared to the alternative, and were friendly and professional in the installation process. Frank was incredibly prompt and really helped us... out of a tight squeeze. We went to turn on our AC for the warmest days of the year so far, and found that our compressor was not working - Frank found that the wire had been disconnected and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in under an hour! The HVAC system was outdated. I didn't want wake... up one winter morning to realize that my old furnace gave out. As for the AC unit I have, in the past had to have it repaired. After reviewing four bids for a Mitsubishi... mini-split, Frank at Mountain Breeze offered the best value by a significant margin—saving us thousands compared to other quotes. His team did an excellent job with the installation, and he connected us with an electrician who also provided great pricing, unlike the higher bundled costs from larger companies.
